Refund policy

This policy explains how our 90-day money-back guarantee works. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Delivery times, shipping costs, and damaged parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy.
We would rather you try Sofrea Reset properly than order cautiously. If it does not work for you, you have three months to tell us.
How it works
If you are not satisfied, email support@sofrea.com within 90 days of delivery and tell us you would like a refund. Please include your order number.
The guarantee applies to:
- every order you place, not only your first one;
- all order sizes, from a single jar to six;
- subscription orders, including renewals.
What you get back
We refund the full price you paid for the product. The $5.99 shipping charge, where it applies, is not refunded.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Returns
Email us first — do not send anything back on your own initiative. We review each request individually, and if a return is needed in your case we will send you instructions. Any product returned without our prior confirmation cannot be refunded.
If your order included the Ritual Box, we may ask you to return the bottle unused before the refund is issued.
The 30-day protocol ebook is digital content. Once it has been sent it stays yours, whatever happens with the rest of the order.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, that is handled separately and faster. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs, as set out in our Shipping Policy, and we will replace the item or refund you without asking you to return anything.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different things. To stop future charges, cancel through your account or by contacting us, as described in our Subscription Policy. To be refunded for an order you have already received, use the guarantee above.
