By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Shipping options, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout or in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfer occur as provided by applicable law and the selected shipping terms. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and contacting us promptly about delivery issues.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return Policy in effect when you place your order. The policy should state the return window, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund timing.
