A. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, please contact us at info@https://www.google.com/search?q=sofrea.com within 30 days of receiving your order. As our products are ingestible supplements, we generally do not accept returns of opened bottles for safety reasons. However, we offer a "First Order Happiness Guarantee" where we can provide a refund or store credit (minus shipping costs) without requiring you to ship the product back.

B. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately at info@https://www.google.com/search?q=sofrea.com. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge.

C. REFUND PROCESSING Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
